SEITAI is a cultural and educational activity for life and health, exhibited by Haruchika Noguchi (1911-1976). The documentary sets out the basics of SEITAI, the simple practices of Katsugen Undo and Yuki and the concepts of "taiheki" (Osei, CVP & TPE)
